Sawada

Terms of Service

Rules for using Sawada. This document takes into account consumer rights in the European Union.

Effective date: 14 September 2026.

1. Operator, service and authorship

The operator and seller of the service is Semiconductor.no AS, Maristova 147, 6888 Borgund, Norway, org. no. 930103535, represented by CEO Adriana Marglewska. Contact: kontakt@sawada.love. All Premium payments and invoices are issued by the company.

Sawada is an app for keeping a shared memory for two people. Sawada® is a registered trademark. The app's author is Ada Margo Marglewska®, with Dominik Iwo Sawa as co-author of the concept. Rights to the code, name and visual design belong to the author.

2. Account and duo

An account can be created by an adult. You invite the other person to your duo with a code or a link. Only the duo's members can see the duo's content.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the content you add.

3. Your content

Your content remains yours. We do not claim any rights to it and we do not use it to train AI models. We store it solely to make it available to you within the app.

4. Free plan and Pro

Free: diary, important dates, constellation, ritual, 10 photos per month and 20 favourites.

Pro — 29 PLN per month: music generation, PDF exports, unlimited photos and favourites, and time capsules. The subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. If you request immediate access to digital content and make use of it, the right of withdrawal expires with respect to the service already used — we inform you of this at the time of purchase. Send your withdrawal statement to kontakt@sawada.love.

6. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

We handle complaints within 14 days. Consumers may use an authorised out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body and seek help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman. The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

7. Liability and availability

We take care to ensure continuity of service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We recommend downloading PDF exports as your own copy.

8. Changes to the terms

We will notify you of changes in the app with 14 days' notice. Not accepting them means you may stop using the service and delete your account.

9. Digital service conformity

We provide the digital service in conformity with the contract and applicable consumer law, including Directive (EU) 2019/770 as implemented nationally. Required security and functional updates are supplied for as long as the service is provided. Statutory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

10. User content and prohibited use

You must have the right to add the content you upload. It is prohibited to use Sawada for unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, infringement of privacy or intellectual-property rights, malware or attempts to bypass security.

Reports of illegal content can be sent to kontakt@sawada.love with the exact location, reasons and contact details. We assess reports carefully, explain relevant moderation decisions and provide a way to challenge them where the Digital Services Act applies.

11. Ranking, advertising and recommender systems

Sawada does not operate a public feed, behavioural advertising, paid ranking or a recommender system. Your private duo content is not promoted to other users.
